Commercial enquiries work best with a defined area of work, relevant drawings and a clear list of inclusions. We discuss backgrounds, finishes, quantities and interfaces with other trades so the quotation can be compared with the required package.
Access, working areas, materials storage and the sequence of other trades affect delivery. Tell us whether the building will be occupied and what restrictions apply. Attendance and programme commitments are agreed for the specific project rather than promised from a website enquiry.
The agreed materials and performance requirements should be traceable to the project specification. Where inspection points, samples or handover information are required, these need agreeing before work begins. We do not infer fire ratings, certifications or warranty cover from photographs.
Nessa Close provides an example of commercial exterior render in Thetford. The Stowmarket photograph shows finished cream-rendered elevations, but its exact scheme name is still being reconciled. Reydon and Debenham remain available as additional examples in the existing portfolio.
